We grow 20,000 pumpkins ready for picking in October, and we need your help to plant them!
The 45-minute session, aimed at children aged 3–13 years, combines hands-on fun with a little learning:
🌱 Learn how we grow pumpkins and other food crops.
🎃 Visit our pumpkin patch and get your hands dirty planting a pumpkin.
🌻 Plant a sunflower to take home, nurture, and grow over the summer.

Tickets cost £8.45* per child. Accompanying adults and non-participating siblings under 18 months do not require a ticket. Spaces are limited and advanced bookings are essential:

- Bookings are non-refundable. Click here for more information.
- It may be possible to reschedule your booking, subject to giving at least 3 days notice and depending on future ticket availability. Details of how to do this are provided in the confirmation email sent after booking.
- Tickets are required for all children except non-participating siblings under 18 months.
- All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Accompanying adults do not need a ticket. Maximum 2 adults per family group.
- The sessions run in all weathers and take place in a sheltered classroom and out and about on the farm. Please dress for the weather.
- Participation in this session does not give ticket-holders automatic access to the pumpkin patch for picking in October. Separate tickets will go on sale for pumpkin picking nearer the time.
* A booking fee of 50p per ticket is applied at checkout.
