​TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. ​Tickets are non-refundable. Click here for details.
  2. ​It is possible to change the date / time of your booking provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance and there are tickets still available for another date / time. Changes can be made using a link in your booking confirmation email. Changes are not possible within 24 hours of your arrival time.
  3. The Maze opens in all weathers, however we can flexible on the time you enter if coming a bit earlier or later on the same day helps avoid a rain shower.
  4. Tickets are required for all people entering: adults and children (except infants aged under 18 months).
  5. There is no limit on how long you spend in the maze - most people take 20-30 minutes to complete it. The maze closes at 4.50pm​
  6. Dogs are not permitted in the Maze.
  7. Accessibility to the maze for prams and wheelchairs is possible but tricky in dry conditions. The paths are bumpy dirt tracks making it tiring work. Accessibility following wet weather cannot be guaranteed.​
  8. Children must be closely supervised at all times by an adult, who is responsible for their behaviour. Families must stay together and keep to the pathways inside the Maze.
