Summer is here and our Plant Centre is brimming with a selection of edible and flowering plants. We currently have the following available:

We have a variety of planting mediums for sale, including top soil, tomato grow bags, manure & potting compost and a lovely selection of garden stakes to brighten up you outdoor space.
Summer is here and our Plant Centre is brimming with a selection of edible and flowering plants. We currently have the following available:
EDIBLES
- Veg: We have a big selection of vegetable plants in now, including onions, brassicas, lettuce, courgettes, sweetcorn, beans, peas and beetroot all £2.99 each.
- Tomatoes: Our full range is available including tomato hanging baskets.
- Peppers: A good selection of peppers and chillies with our ever popular 'Basket of Fire' hanging baskets ready to go.
- Fruit Plants & Bushes: We have a full selection including raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries and rhubarb. We also have a great selection of more unusual varieties including honeyberries, kiwi, aronia berries, and saskatoon berries.
- Fruit Trees: All our fruit trees are now out on display with a good selection of apples, pears, cherries, plums, damsons and greengages.
- Seed Potatoes: The last of our seed potatoes are out for sale, including Maris Pipers.
- Herbs: Our herb department is now fully stocked with around 100 varieties on display. We now have a nice selection of basil plants and our over popular 'Scaredy Cat' plant is available. Our ready planted herb troughs are now available in various sizes.
- Our premium shrub collection has arrived: including some beautiful hydrangeas, hibiscus, choysia, lilacs and a large selection of phormiums.
- Basket Plants: We have our full selection of basket plants available including a lovely range or fuchias, petunias, bacopa, trailing geraniums & verbena. We also have standard fuchias available at £7.99.
- Summer Bedding: We now have a full range of summer bedding, including marigolds, cosmos, geraniums and lobelia.
- Annuals: We have a good selection of upright geraniums, the beautifully smelling nemesia - Wisley Cream, dahliettas, argyranthemums, osteospermum, begonias and black eyed suzy.
- Sweet peas: We have sweet peas out and for sale.
- Ornamental Trees: We have a beautiful selection of ornamental trees including magnolia, ornamental cherry, amelancier, field maples, crab apples and gingko biloba.
- Roses: A huge choice of roses, including floribunda, shrub, tea, ground cover, and climbing varieties. New for 2026, we have tall standard roses ready now. We have a small quantity of the tiny rose 'Cutie Pie' at just 15cm hight and thornless - it is pure joy!
- Sunflowers: Our home-grown sunflowers are now available at just £1.99 per pot and £2.99 for larger pots.
- Alpines: We have a large selection of alpines in flower, bringing some much-needed colour.
- Perennials: We have got a large selection of geums, dianthus, foxgloves, gaillardia, catananche and campanula with more flowers coming out day by day.
- Shrubs: A good range of shrubs are now located in our new outdoor area, including deutzia, hydrangea, photunia and ceanothus.
- Wildflowers: We now have a large selection of wildflowers available.
- Hedging: A lovely range of native UK hedging plants is in stock.
- Climbers: Our climbers are ready for sale, including passionflowers, honeysuckle, clematis, and wisteria.
- Shade Tolerant: In our shade shelter area we have a lovely range of perennials & shrubs that tolerate some of the darker, trickier areas of the garden including ferns, hosta, astillbe, dicentra & primula.
- Succulents: We have a lovely selection of succulents available in our polytunnel.
- Baskets, Bowls and Pots: We have a growing number of summer hanging baskets, bowls and pots for sale to brighten up your garden.
- Seeds: We have a great choice of seeds to start growing your own, including our Kew Garden pollinator range, which makes lovely gifts.
