This maternity cover position offers 4–5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift) with flexibility in the timing and specific days worked. While this role is initially for maternity cover until September 2025, there is potential for opportunities to continue working with us beyond then.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods in line with Kenyon Hall Farm’s recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and products.
- Efficiently manage time to meet daily production targets without compromising quality.
- Proven experience and creativity in cake baking and decorating.
- Understanding of ingredient measurement, oven operation, and recipe development.
- Excellent time management and self-supervision skills.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required).
- Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

- Pay is £12.50 - £13 per hour depending on experience.
