Just imagine… A Fresh Local Turkey stuffed with one of Shropshire Spice’s delicious stuffings, Outdoor Reared Local Pork Chipolatas wrapped in Local Dry-Cured Streaky Bacon, Home-Grown Roast and Mashed Potatoes, Local Sprouts off the stalk and Roasted Local Dirty Carrots and Parsnips.

Christmas is a time for celebration at the Farm, the end of a hard year growing, tending and harvesting crops. You know its coming by the smell of fresh cut pine and fir Christmas Trees, the colours of the hand-made wreaths and the mouth-watering prospect of the finest local food. That and counting the days to a well deserved break!!
